MLPi the pioneer of short-term leases. MLPi’s mission is to provide valuable and flexible equipment leasing services that benefit manufacturers, lessors and end-customers.
Through its Vendor Programs, MLPi provides manufacturers and other vendors of high technology equipment with flexible, short-term operating lease plans that give them a competitive edge.
Through its End-of-Term Program, MLPi provides lessors a ready buyer for their portfolios. MLPi gives lessors the opportunity to focus on their strategic planning goals and actively manage their lease portfolios for maximum profitability.
MLPi was founded in 1963 as a Pennsylvania company to provide equipment leasing services. The business moved to Phoenix in 1971, where it has been headquartered since.
Between 1985 and 2002, the business operated as Manufacturers’ Leasing Services. In January 2003, the company announced a return of the business to its original name of Manufacturers’ Lease Plans Inc.
What Others Say Vendor Sales Rep: "I recently won two orders with the help of MLPI, our rental program partner. On the first order . . . the customer’s old equipment had died and traditional funding (for new equipment) was going to take too long to get approved. In the second case, the customer was not committed to purchase based on a long and involved 100% proof process to ensure our equipment could do the job to their satisfaction.
”Working with MLPI was fast and easy. MLPI’s Lindy Beck immediately moved the process forward and made my job simple. He is really great to work with and takes charge of all the details. For all practical purposes, the rental process became virtually seamless to me once I was able to show the customers that this would make their life simple. I would highly recommend using MLPI. They are real pros and make our lives getting orders a pleasure." --Richard Fischer, Senior Sales Representative
